The Stephen Scariff School of Irish Dancing offers classes inTampa,Tarpon Springs and St Pete and was established in July of 2008.
We offer classes to "pre" beginners from four years of age.
Pre beginner is a new program that we have designed to encourage your children to start Irish dancing.
In this class they will learn about the music,rhythm and timing and the basic excercises.
Beginners are accepted from five and up.
The beginner class is geared towards a slightly older child that we feel is capable of starting to learn dance steps immediately.
The school's history
The Butler school was established by Mrs Sheila Butler DuffyT.C.R.G/A.D.C.R.G in 1989.
Joined by Myra Watters T.C.R.G in 2001 the school has been hugely successful training dancers to the highest standard.
Our dancers have competed and won many prizes at all major championships from our local Southern Oireachtas to the North American Championships and even "The World Irish Dancing Championships
